CANCELLATION POLICY

A full refund will be given for cancellations made before the end of business hours (CET) on 4 October, 2016. However, an administrative fee of SGD 50 + Bank/Credit Card transactions costs will be charged.

No refund will be given for cancellations made after 4 October, 2016. Refunds will be settled after conclusion of WLS 2016.

Requests for name changes and registration cancellations are to be sent in writing to secretariat@wls2016.org.

 

HOTEL RESERVATION

Unfortunately, rooms at the special conference rate are fully booked. Rooms are now only available at the prevailing rate and bookings must be made directly with the hotel at www.marinabaysands.com. The following hotels located nearby the Marina Bay Sands offer a similar rate to the special conference rate:

Located closest to the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station and is just one stop away from the Sands Expo And Convention Centre.
