Getting to the Marina Bay Sands from Changi Airport is a breeze with options suited to every budget.

Airport Shuttle

The airport shuttle bus provides drop-offs to most downtown hotels including Marina Bay Sands. The bus departs every 15 minutes during peak hours and up to 30 minutes during non-peak hours. Tickets cost SGD 9 for adults and SGD 6 for children under 12 years of age. The journey to the city centre will take approximately 25 minutes under normal traffic conditions.

By MRT

The journey takes about 1 hour and costs just under SGD 2.

You can walk to the Changi Airport station (CG2) from the Arrival Halls at the airport. From there, take a train to Tanah Merah station (EW4).

At Tanah Merah station, transfer to the green East West Line (towards Joo Koon). Alight at Bugis station (EW12/DT14) to transfer.

At Bugis station, transfer to the blue Downtown Line (towards Chinatown). Alight at Bayfront station (DT16).

Marina Bay Sands is at the doorstep of Bayfront station.

The last train leaving Changi Airport is at 23:18 pm. All the trains and gantries at the stations are luggage-friendly. 

You can purchase a single ride ticket from machines at any train station. You can also consider a stored-value EZ-Link card, available at train stations or any Changi Recommends store at the airport. 

By Taxi

A ride to Marina Bay Sands takes about 30 minutes and costs between SGD 20 and SGD 40. Fares are metered and there is an additional Airport surcharge for all trips leaving from Changi Airport.

You can easily locate a taxi stand from the Arrival Halls at the airport.

Taxis are available all day and night. Peak hour and midnight surcharges apply at certain hours.
