TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Surprising Singapore Lucky Draws (the “Lucky Draw”) is organised by World Lottery Association (“WLA”) and their designated Draw Organiser.
2. Participation in the Lucky Draw is subject to the Lucky Draws Terms and Conditions. Any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects on each participant. Amendments to the T&Cs will be posted at www.wls2016.org/luckydraw.
3. By participating in the Lucky Draw, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with the T&Cs. Non-compliance with or breach of any of these T&Cs may disqualify a participant at any stage of the Lucky Draw, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
4. This lucky draw is open only to members and associate members of the World Lottery Association and their five regional associations. Employees of Singapore Pools are not eligible to participate in the lucky draw.
5. A total of 20 limited edition Singapore collectibles will be won at each of the four (4) lucky draws. Schedule of the draws are as follows:

6. Email acknowledgement will be sent to participants upon successful registration for each of the lucky draws. Only one registration is permitted per person per draw with a valid email address. Each participant of the Lucky Draw may only win one (1) prize per draw. Subsequent drawings of the same participant at different draws are permitted.
7. Participant affirms the accuracy of all information provided on the Registration Form. Any misrepresentation of any fact or particulars shall result in disqualification and/or the forfeiture, withholding, withdrawal or reclaiming of any prizes won. All entries for each of the Lucky Draw must be received by WLA and their designated Draw Organiser at www.wls2016.org/luckydraw by the respective closing date at 23:59 hrs Singapore time (GMT +08:00).
8. WLA and their designated Draw Organiser reserve the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add to or alter any of the prizes offered without notice to the participants.
9. This Lucky Draw will be conducted electronically at Singapore Pools Building, 210 Middle Road, Singapore 188994 on the respective draw date at 15:00 hrs Singapore time (GMT +08:00). WLA and their designated Draw Organiser reserve the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to conduct the Lucky Draw manually in such circumstances as they may deem appropriate, and endeavour to hold such draw on the date and at the venue as stated herein.
10. All winners will be notified by e-mail and post. Winners will also have their names published at www.wls2016.org/luckydraw as per stipulated draw result date. WLA and their designated Draw Organiser’s decision as to all stages of the Lucky Draw are final and no correspondence will be entertained. Participants shall accept and abide by any and all decisions made by WLA and their designated Draw Organiser concerning, without limitation, these terms and conditions, the rules, procedures and regulations of the Lucky Draw, the award of prizes and any other matters relating to the Lucky Draw.
11. All prizes won will be mailed to the winners’ address within three (3) months from the announcement date of the draw results. Winners shall ensure that they remain contactable and update any change in particulars where applicable. If WLA and their designated Draw Organiser fail to contact any winner for any reason whatsoever, it shall at its discretion elect to determine another winner.
12. Upon receipt of the prizes, winners who submit a high resolution jpeg photo of them posting alongside with their prize to admin@wls2016.org within two (2) weeks, will each receive a Mystery Gift, which will be mailed to them separately.
13. By participating in the Lucky Draw, each participant agrees that:
    

    a)	any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed to WLA and their designated Draw Organiser for various purposes, including to communicate with the participant for purposes related to the Lucky Draw, to provide updates on WLS2016 information to participants, and such other purposes WLA and their designated Draw Organiser may reasonably deem appropriate, or in relation to which the participant has otherwise provided WLA and their designated Draw Organiser’s with consent;
    b)	WLA and their designated Draw Organiser may collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their respective service providers, the participant’s personal data including photographs or comments of these participants (“Material”) for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in WLA and their designated Draw Organiser publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the Lucky Draw or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation; and
    c)	The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Material shall vest solely and absolutely in WLA and their designated Draw Organiser’s without further compensation.

14. WLA and their designated Draw Organiser shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death in connection with the Lucky Draw, or any prize and gift. All warranty claims in regard to a prize or gift should be directed to the applicable manufacturer. Except to the extent that they may not be excluded by law, no representations, warranties, terms or conditions that are not expressly stated in these terms and conditions apply to this Lucky Draw nor in respect of the prizes or gifts and all implied warranties are excluded, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the prizes and gifts.
15. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. WLA and their designated Draw Organiser accept no responsibility for any tax, non-delivery, or other liability that may arise from the prize winnings. Prizes are subject to availability and WLA and their designated Draw Organiser have the right to substitute any prize for a comparable prize of equal or greater value to be awarded in lieu.
